Moved in to my 1st Apartment!

Super excited to finally have someplace to call home. The area is ok and they are pet friendly. Buildings clean and maintenance is on point.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience working with JaJuan during our leasing process at The Sidney Mansfield. From our first call to the day we signed the lease she was incredibly patient and thorough. We had a lot of questions as first-time renters, and Jajuan took the time to explain every detail, making us feel completely at ease. We never felt… rushed, and she was very responsive to all of our calls and emails. We are so happy with our new apartment and are very grateful for her guidance.

Rewarding & Consistent upscale Living Experience

We’ve lived here for a year,(property only 8months old when we leased) Very Nice upscale property with top notch residential support staff , young ladies on office staff, Amazingly professional an attentive(Kaylee,Blaine,Lauryn) work very well together, New Property Manager,Shannon has brought an additional level of professionalism,attentiveness and managerial stability,to an already stellar leasing management team

The maintenance staff are high quality as well(Jose,Jovani,Alex… ,&Maria)consistently timely,friendly,professional an thorough

we’ve gladly renewed our lease for longest term possible,and as long as the quality living experience we have experienced over the last 12 months continues to meet & exceed our upscale residential requirements, we will remain loyal long term residents here at The Sydney!

Genuinely Kind & Resourceful Management!

My close bro & I applied to the Sydney. We were blown away at how reasonably priced they were. Our help was fully from Kaylee. Kaylee was incredibly persistent, kind, & VERY accommodating to things we wouldn't have known to be open for! Super grateful for our awaiting our approval, to for sure being moving into the Sydney! :)

Excellent excellent excellent service and a place to live.

Kaylee has made my over all experience better than terrific. Hands down the best customer service anyone could receive. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.
Thank you for everything! If you have to submit a work order for a repair at the apartment it will get completed the same day, which is super rare nowadays. Overall living here has been a great experience. The staff here are super friendly, and are always greeting you with a smile on their face. It is always a pleasure to deal with… any of the staff here at the Sydney Apartment.
