Disappointing

Been living here going in 2 years, 1st year everything good. After renewing my contract after 1st year nothing good, I’ve had an issue with the refrigerator since November 2024 and it’s already June 2025 and after countless emails and visits to the front office the refrigerator is still not working. I’ve been getting the runaround since November 2024 about it getting repaired or replaced now going on 7 months and still nothing. They have replaced the property manager and maintenance workers like... 6 times yet can repair or replaced the refrigerator after 7 months! Yes 7 months and I have the emails to prove I e been asking about it and being ignored or given excuses. It’s not worth renewing my contract in 4/5 months and I wouldn’t recommend applying here either. Btw the refrigerator isn’t the only issue.
