I was there 2 1/2 years. It started out great, over the last year. My refrigerator has been been repaired as it did not freeze at least 6 times resulting in loss of food! My air conditioner went out took 3 days to fix in the summer! The appliances need to be replaced not fixed. We are paying premium rent. Most have been there since the apartments were built. the location is great; it has the shops and nearby and the major street with retail establishments. The gate arms always broken (no fault... to management) the repair time was months out. While tenants paid to park, shoppers anyone could come in at any time. Lee mas

One of the best locations outside of the loop. It's also surprisingly quiet given its in the Pearland Town Center. I definitely recommend this residency. I was there for a little over three years and never had any problems.

This is a beautiful community i want to take the time out to say that MS.Allison is hands down one of the best property managers you can have she sweet and caring and been there for me and my family since the day she step foot on the property she’s amazing and the staff is very nice I want to give a shoutout to Bianca as well very helpful and have great communication.hands down the best apartment property in Pearland txgreat community and it’s beautiful

Horrible management company took over property. All but a couple employees jumped ship. Huge lack of maintenance. Ammenities not kept up. Rent being increased. You will not get the help you need. The only pleasant thing about living here will be your first visit when they are luring you in.

Been living here for a year and by far the worst place to live. Elevator always smells like weed, both ac units failed this summer and response time by maintenance team was 2 weeks. Had to live with 85+ degrees temp inside out apt.

It was never disclosed that these Apts don't have high speed or even moderate speed internet when we signed out lease. 20mbps is all you'll get. My wife works from home and had to get satellite internet for her to work. Mgmt apologized for not dis losing that apt... doesn't have decent internet speed

Ceiling of the upstairs masters bedroom leaked and ballooned during rain, destroyed some personal property. If you do live here get extra insurance for personal property because mgmt will not take care of it.

We had a broken patio door for months and mgmt could not fix it because "couldn't find the part, due to the building and parts initially installed were discontinued since the apt is so old". We had a break in, during this time, had someone come into our apt at 3am from the patio. He saw that I was armed and ran out instantly.

I have already talked out two of my coworkers from moving here, after sharing my experience with them.

Maintenance team will completely trash your apt if they do any kind of work in the unit.
