The Residences at Pearland Town Center Apartments

This place is an absolute dump. Moved in at the end of January, should’ve known it was going to be a disaster when their system was down and I couldn’t sign my lease electronically. The a/c has gone out 3 times since then, the pools are always “out of order”, the leasing office doesn’t respond to emails and if you go in when they are open they just have excuses about the facilities not working and how they don’t know why the property is so understaffed, they clearly do not care. I’m currently... trying to early terminate my lease to get out of this mess and I can’t get anyone at the property or the “regional manager” to return my calls or emails. My first email about the current issue was 16 days ago and the second was 10 days ago, now response so far, a simple response could’ve avoided this whole review but I hope this sets realistic expectations for anyone considering this poorly managed property. I was there 2 1/2 years. It started out great, over the last year. My refrigerator has been been repaired as it did not freeze at least 6 times resulting in loss of food! My air conditioner went out took 3 days to fix in the summer! The appliances need to be replaced not fixed. We are paying premium rent. Most have been there since the apartments were built. the location is great; it has the shops and nearby and the major street with retail establishments. One of the best locations outside of the loop. It's also surprisingly quiet given its in the Pearland Town Center. I definitely recommend this residency. I was there for a little over three years and never had any problems.

Horrible management company took over property. All but a couple employees jumped ship. Huge lack of maintenance. Ammenities not kept up. Rent being increased. You will not get the help you need. The only pleasant thing about living here will be your first visit when they are luring you in.
