The Annabel at Assembly Park

I recently moved into The Annabel, and the entire process was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative every step of the way, making the move stress-free. I truly appreciate their support and highly recommend The Annabel to anyone looking for a smooth moving experience.

This is an amazing, well knit community of warm welcoming neighbors. The leasing office, maintenance team are prompt, respectful and super courteous. Apart from Katie and Dannika who were a pleasure to work with leading up to our move in, we were really impressed by how well the community is maintained and it has an amazing energy with serendipitous corridors that smell blissful. We can’t wait for what’s next!

Tour:
Victoria gave me a wonderful tour of multiple apartments and amenities in the property.

Move in:
I was able to complete my move in to the apartment within a week of the tour without any issues. Thank you Victoria, Katey and rest of the Annabel team for the easy move in process.

Apartment:
The apartments are constructed in the last couple of years, so the appliances and apartment design are modern. I am enjoying living here so far and look forward to the same in the future... .

Location:
The apartment is in a great location, very quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes from the freeway. Lee mas

Very nice and quiet place to live in , very clean all around , the people working in the leasing office are very nice and helpful and made everything smooth from first day stop in for tour to filling application to move in and Victoria was following up with us by email to be ready for move in and also the other employees was available to answer any questions and are very helpful, the best rental place I ever lived in. Thank you all

Absolutely dreadful experience with the property manager! Their unprofessionalism knows no bounds – promises made are promptly broken, communication is virtually non-existent, and accountability is nowhere to be found. Just days before my scheduled move-in, I discovered that my unit was far from ready, all without a word from them. Despite assurances of a refund by April 14th, I'm still left empty-handed, with emails and calls blatantly ignored. It's beyond frustrating to be met with such... disregard and incompetence.
