The Residences at Promontory Apartamentos

Clean, peaceful, and safe property at a great location. Wonderful staff who are very responsive and available. Many people have dogs, but I haven't run into noise issues or animal droppings around the property. The technology for the car gates and package room could be fine-tuned, but it's a minor issue.

The Residences at Promontory has been an excellent living experience so far. All of my questions have been answered, maintenance requests resolved, and overall environment is superb.

This is a great reat place to live in. There is a lot of parking space and it is located close to restaurants, shopping centre's. It is less than ten minutes away from major groceries. Walmart, HEB, Sam's Club , Krogers, etc. There's also tonnes of clothing outlets to shop in that are less than ten minutes

I recently moved into The Residences at Promontory and had a great experience! Annette, my leasing agent, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and easy, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my move. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Living here has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home.

The amenities are top-notch — everything is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Whether it’s the fitness center, pool, lounge areas, or package room, everything works exactly the way you’d hope.
