This property has truly been a remarkable place to call home. The staff are not only friendly but incredibly proactive and attentive, always ready to assist with any need or inquiry.
The manager stands out for her constant availability and dedication, ensuring that all residents' questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. I’ve been here for about 2 years & did not have any problems at first other than the rude office manager. Facilities are always closed. My vehicle was towed because my decal wasn’t “adhered” to my window even though it was visible as stated by the office, which costed me $350 as well as an attitude from the office manager. They continue to rent out the first floor in buildings 7 & 8 even though when it rains your apartment WILL FLOOD and they WILL NOT do... anything about it! Maintenance doesn’t fix any issues just marks them as “done.” Toilet clogs & bubbles through the night & shower leaks behind the wall. Dirty hallways with dog poop and urine. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Poor customer service the staff is very rude, if you need to put in a request for Maintenance it takes them days to respond to it. The apartment condition is horrible there would be pest in our apartment such as ants, crickets, and many other bugs coming out of the vents, half of the time there would dog poop and pee in the hallways, along with trash and cigarettes. If you are looking for a decent place to stay this is not it.

Please do not rent here. Rude staff. 24 hr weed smell, we complained to the mgt and they turned deaf ears. Dog poop on the staircase. Smelly trash all over the lobby. The pool and gym facilities are a scam, they are never opened. You can't get your mail, there are no mailboxes, so mails are always lost.
Apartments are poorly built and poorly maintained. Low qualities materials used. Bathrooms were leaking a week in.
Whatever you do, stay away from here!!!!
