They will not give you your deposit. The pool is never open. Stray dogs, pot whole, water turned off monthly. The manager hides from you. The staff is unreliable.

overall this place sucks. maintenance request take 3-4 days to be done or until you get on them enough. The price for the place is ridiculous for what they have to offer. There’s not storage space and barley any room in the showers, at least for 1 bedrooms. There’s no tub and the amenities are “eh”. I would say the pool is the best thing here but it’s so ran through you don’t even have time to enjoy it. 0/10 would not recommend unless it’s your LAST RESORT, but take my advice and let it just be... that. They rushed to move us into these apartments and when I moved in there were so many maintenance issues on the inside. They take their time to come and fix the problems or don’t come at all and you have to hound the people in the office to get someone to come. Very unprofessional. I had bugs, spider webs, etc.. all on the inside when I first moved in. The apartment wasn’t even clean. wouldn’t recommend.

They rushed to get people to move in these apartments without making sure the apartments were clean before tenants moved in. My apartment had 5 different issues starting with stuff hanging out of the wall, my entire stove and oven not working, pest problems, then them lying about coming to fix everything and never even stepped foot through the door. don’t even risk living in these apartments

when I first moved in, the windows was not sealed and my water didn’t get hot. My second day living here I come home and the maintenance man added to the problem and couldn’t fix the problem he caused. I had water literally coming out my front door. It’s 2 weeks of me living here and my window is still not sealed and different bugs such as ants, lizards, and roaches are coming through my window. I call the leasing office everyday and they never try to fix my problem. Worse apartment experience... ever! Lee mas
