Lakeview at The Gates of Prosper truly feels like home.

I absolutely love everything about living here. The property is beautifully maintained and securely gated, which gives me such peace of mind. One of my favorite parts of the day is walking my dog around the scenic ponds just across from the community.

The location is unbeatable — just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The management team is exceptional — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring.

I’ve even had dreams... where I’ve moved away, and I wake up relieved to still be here. That’s how much this place means to me. It’s the perfect home for my little family, and I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’m truly happy here. Lee mas

We love our community. It is quiet and in a perfect location close to my favorite shopping stores! The staff are friendly and welcoming. The amenities are very good and always clean.

My experience so far has been very positive. I had been looking forward to moving into this property, and now that I am a resident, have been enjoying the community, amenities, and have already met some really nice neighbors! The staff is always really great- willing to help with any questions and inquiries and always able to assist with anything I approach them with. I am almost three weeks in and have been very happy here!

I am so happy I made the decision to move to Lakeview at Gates of Prosper. I love my apartment and the amenities available here. The office staff is nice and maintenance responds almost immediately to work request. The neighbors above can be heard running/walking but it is apartment living so somewhat expected. I have no complaints this far.

It’s good, very good. I really don’t have anything negative to say at all. Furthermore, I really enjoy the area I’m in, it’s a bit secluded, compare to more places.
