This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so only starter toiletries are provided. Please bring your own toiletries. Annual preventive maintenance checks may occur, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. In case of emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed. A refundable key deposit of $35 is required and will be returned when the key is returned. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness. Lee mas
