Leasing agents are very nice and make everything very easy

It was my first move and was very confused and nervous about everything but Joanna/Jada broke everything down very well. The apartment’s amenities are very nice specifically the dillo 24/7 convenience store and the 24/7 pool/lounge room

Beautiful Community

The Art House is amazing! I love my apartment and the staff made my transition to my new home easy. Anthony and Joanna are very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Apartment touring - Anahy Mendoza

I was given the most amazing tour by Jada! I was a little bit unsure of where I would lease my new apartment, but after this tour, I absolutely fell in love with the place. I truly appreciate her time and I look forward to leasing at the Art House!

Lovely Community & Fantastic Staff

I moved into the Arthouse in March and was initially drawn to the community here because of the authenticity of Joanna, one of the leasing agents. The community felt lived in and more like a home than any of the other complexes I visited. The space itself has an attractive open layout and the natural lighting in my unit is amazing. I love the shared spaces (ie. gym, pool, etc..) a lot and seem to use them often. The building is the newest one on the block here in Southtown which is big plus.... Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new home close to a vibrant youthful downtown area.
