The application process is definitely a little more challenging than it should be. Communication could definitely be a lot better during this time. Once you have the opportunity to speak to the leasing staff their friendly. But, It is very difficult to get in touch with someone unless you go there in person.

It's great living at Laurel Canyon. I appreciate the kind staff and efficiency of the maintenance team. What a great place to live. The amenities are great.

Living at this apartment community has been a mix of convenience and comfort. The location is great — close to shopping centers, restaurants, and main highways, which makes commuting easy. The maintenance team is responsive and usually handles requests quickly, and the staff in the leasing office are polite and helpful whenever I have questions. The property itself is kept fairly clean, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the landscaping and common areas.

Parking is decent,... and I’ve always felt safe walking around the complex. The neighbors are generally quiet, and I rarely have issues with noise. The apartment layout is nice and spacious for the price, and the kitchen appliances work well. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here so far, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live. Lee mas

The move in process was easy due to the help I received from my leasing agent Carlos. My apartment was ready at my move-in date. There is a brand new convenient store in the complex. There is a variety of places to eat and shop nearby.

Since I have moved here, everyone in the office is very helpful in a good attitude and they say hi to you when they see you out and about on the property. My location it’s just perfect. I get the right amount of sun and the right amount of shade. I love it here.
