Very poorly managed, with terrible customer service. The place itself is fine, but the people in charge are a disgrace. The exit door hasn’t worked for two years, and the staff’s attitude remains extremely poor.

Bad management, gross pool, poorly built, and lack of cleanliness throughout.

The maintenance staff takes forever to fix anything. I waited over 4 months for my main burner on my stove to be replaced. 5 months for a broken bathroom fan. They charge crazy for dog deposits and monthly charges yet they take a week to refill dog bags on property. The lights on the far end have been broken for months which has lead to cars being stolen and vandalized over and over again. No one cares or even responds to emails. Not on site or at corporate. I was so excited to move here but the... management is horrible and so unfriendly. Also prepare to pay an extra $200 a month in fees before dog fees. My total for 2 dogs is over $250 a month in additional fees. Asked for pest control and it took 3 weeks for them to show up. Property should be managed at a higher level for this price. Only one grill has ever worked on property since I moved in 5 months ago and it hasn’t been cleaned so works terrible. You can’t have a grill at your place, not even if you have a garage or balcony so it is literally the only grill to use. The pool is total chaos with numerous parties on weekends with people who don’t live here. Never, ever has anyone checked wrist bands. They finally hired security so we shall see. However they seem to only be hired to over see the club house not the property. I was told when we moved in they had office equipment we could use but found out we have no computer and the printer doesn’t work. Luckily my neighbors are super nice. Lee mas

If you have a family - or want a management company that enforces neighborhood rules - do not live here. It was like MTV spring break at the pool every weekend (drinking out of glass bottles, smoking pot) and the staff and courtesy offices did nothing about it. Mgmt would fine you if you left your recycling can out for an extra day (hard to bring it in when you go away for work or vacation) yet never fine anyone for not picking up after their dog (which was all over every grassy area and was... gross). When we complained about all of these things and more we were told they were working on it. When you are paying thousands of dollars a month you’d like them to fix it entirely. We broke our lease just to get out and had to pay a ton to leave. Do not rent here! Lee mas

Do not move to Ascent cresta bella. Three months to fix water damaged apartments. Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors talking or screaming at each other. Poor management who do not care about their residents. Since the walls are so thin you can hear the construction three apartments away. Do not live here over priced and over hyped.
