Laurel Canyon Apartments

It was a nice place to live here, quiet, chill, up until cops started showing up a lot more often when we renewed our lease the second time. Idk what it is but complexes need to do thorough background checks bc it’s the same building where cops are coming and makes me not feel safe about my neighbors and the amount of homeless people that are in and out. ESPECIALLY in the gym! I’ve had multiple Occurrence’s where homeless people just waltz in there and security takes forever to get there. I live... in the very back and there’s a spot where there is nothing of light and also have found homeless people lingering by the tables and don’t feel safe when walking my dog. I love it here, it's quiet and the people are nice. Front office is very professional and very welcoming! I recommend anyone to stay here! I have renewed my lease and I love the fact that we live right by culebra creek park.

I have lived here for 2 years now, and I have no bad comments about it. The location is great, the community is quiet and friendly. The staff is nice and accommodating. If I would have to change something it would be the temperature of the pool during the summer months just because the pool stays warm, other than that, no notes.

The application process is definitely a little more challenging than it should be. Communication could definitely be a lot better during this time. Once you have the opportunity to speak to the leasing staff their friendly. But, It is very difficult to get in touch with someone unless you go there in person.

It's great living at Laurel Canyon. I appreciate the kind staff and efficiency of the maintenance team. What a great place to live. The amenities are great.
