Want to go without water for hours/days on end? This is your place! Want to have a bucket of water so you can flush a poop down the toilet? this is your place , absolute insanity

I have lived here for months and not one week without problems with water. No water at all or no hot water. They can’t do anything right yet they charge for water every month to tenants plus all these extra charges they don’t tell you about. This is a total rip off.

DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. When we originally signed up for the apartment moving from a different state our deal was most utilities were included in the rent, including water. That lasted a month. We have since had out tires stolen, our cars marked for towing multiple times, issues with no water multiple days a week, no hot water multiple days a week. They also choose to split the whole water usage of the whole building for tenants and split it between everyone on the leases. So if you... have a bunch of people not on the lease living there you're basically paying nothing compared to a place with everyone on the lease...but to charge for water you dont even use is crazy. The AC barely works and also was reported to have mold in it but was never fixed. Guest bathroom backup ac drips into the shower nonstop leaving the shower a mildewy mess since we moved in. The dog park is unusable, they redid it but theres so much poop you cant move a step without stepping in a pile. The washer and driers they offer tenants to use never worked forcing us to use a more expensive laundrymat till we could get a washer and drier. Leaving asap. Worst apartment ever. When we moved in there were a ton of 1 star reviews that were since deleted, management has offered tenants and offer to be put in a raffle to leave 5 star reviews, that's disgusting that you have to bride your tenants to get good reviews. This place does not look out for its tenants and seems to make as many calls as possible to make them struggle more. Ridiculously priced for the trash hole it is.

Edit: the week of June 8th-21st the hot water has been off 3 times, third time it has stayed off for over a week. And yet they keep.spending on parties and renovations that are halfway done(like the paint job in the picture that was half done across the whole property only to have them rip out all the balconies and replace them right after) maybe pay to get the water issue fixed right first. We've been here for over a year and its a monthly thing the hot water being off for a week at a time and yet no price adjustment has ever been made. Lee mas

Have not had hot water for a week now. This has been a repeated issue the 3 years I’ve lived here. All you will get from the revolving door of office managers is excuses. I’ve had a joke in my ceiling since July. The property is dirty. Dumpsters get left over a week without pick up. Tenants throw their trash on the ground and do not clean up after theirselves. Drug dealers live here. This is the worst apt I’ve ever lived in. I wouldn’t live here for free.
