Parkside Apartments

I love these apartments, so far for five months it has been great and the manager treats my boyfriend right and it's a fair payments each month. I got this apartment for my boyfriend and he loves it, it's quiet, sure a rarely fight, rarely, but it is a great place to stay at. I love how he is able to take the bus to work and to SAC. He loves it. I wish I can move in with him. I love to move in because it's cheap and reliable. I hope that everyone knows that you need to check out the apartments... in person to know if it's good for you; and everyday when I visit him at his apartment, I know for sure this apartments treat us right. This is near downtown and little park in the back. I lived here for a couple of years with my one and only. One of the best place I stayed. Neighbors weren't nosy and management with Angela was great and her staff. I use to work in downtown so it was perfect for me till I went and joined the Army. I do recommend this place not bad for the price. Walking distance to park, bus stop, mail, hospital, stores, bars, schools and best of all police station just minutes away.

I use to live here for over 6 years and management is great. Angela, is the office manager and she's been here for years. She alway's respected me and the citizens. Property always clean compare to others next to us. Close to downtown, and freeways. I had a wonderful time here while I was going to school and working part time. Great staff and management.

My whole experience in Parkside Apartments was very wonderful and one of the most important quality of the properties is the office manager Angela and staff and the maintenance team their “Awesome” and they make you feel welcome. Parkside Apartments was an excellent location was just by downtown, hospital, police station and bus stop which was convenient for me. Price was reasonable, services and cleaning less exceeded expectations. The office manager Angela, been here for years managing this... property. Angela has a great attitude, listens to issues, cares about the residents, very polite, and always at the office. There is 24/7 maintenance service, and enough parking space for visitors. As a veteran of the United States Army, I also would recommend these apartments to my fellow comrades. Lee mas

The absolute worst apartment complex that I've ever stepped foot in. They don't fully clean the apartments before you move in, they have roaches and multiple apartments have illegal activity going on. The manager Angela is incompetent at her job and is the reason this place has so many issues. She shows no empathy when you have an issue and doesn't get anything taken care of in a timely manner. Everything in the apartment is outdated, as is the complex itself. There isn't even a garbage disposal... , microwave or dishwasher. This place needs to be shutdown for cleaning and renovations. There is a train track just a block away and the train is so loud throughout all hours of the day and night. The washing machines will ruin some of your clothes and Angela will not care. If you keep a dirty apartment and don't mind homeless people going to the different drug apartments in this complex then this might be the place for you. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did when I chose this horrible apartment complex. Lee mas
