Summit at Henderson Pass Apartamentos

I had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment. The automatic door was supposed to work, but it never did, which was a major security issue. As a result, my downstairs neighbor’s car was stolen. Additionally, we couldn’t use the pool for four months during the summer because it was out of service. Every maintenance request we submitted was closed without actually being addressed. To make things worse, they allow anyone to move in without proper background checks, which makes the... building feel unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and well-maintained living environment. Lee mas

Constant poop on grass , people smoking weed in their buildings and right out side too in plain daylight while I used to walk my dog with my kids , the price is not worth what you get . Gates constantly broken too as well as money hungry staff .They didn’t even give us a choice on WiFi that was just added we are forced to pay for google fiber even tough it’s slow and I got mine payed for free through my work not fair , Maintenance is great tough. The community room is not even open for... residents , and kids are extremely loud playing outside while I work . I’ve lived here for ALOT of years now and just went downhill I’m very glad I moved out I used to love it. Lee mas

Honestly one of the worst apartments I’ve had the displeasure in living in. Not only is the actual apartments in bad shape even after “renovations”, the management is so money hungry and unhelpful. The apartment I moved into was “newly renovated” but it was absolutely filthy when I moved in, on top of them just painting over areas on the wall that might have been dirty before. If you move in expect to pay $200-300 more than the rent you’re signing on to. Also if you have questions don’t even... bother to email, you will not be answered. They will also charge you obscene amounts just to move out, I’m being charged almost $1100 more than rent just to move out with no damages to the apartment. I’ve asked for an explanation of these charges and have been ignored and have just been advised that the charges will go to collections. I will never recommend someone move here, and if I could give negative stars I would. Lee mas
