Ive been here 14 yrs,its quite an experience, to feel confident ,knowing that management will do there best for all of our residents needs ,here is where we call home,,which its for 55 and older,,the best years of our lives,,

My carpet is filthy they told me it would be cleaned every time I renewed my lease and it has never happened they don't change the filters I had to beg them to replace the light outside my door it just go on and on

The Ravello needs to hire another maintenance person. 2 of my service requests needed immediate attention. It was not taken care of in that manner. People in office are rude to us because we keep calling for help. One even shouted at me. Office needs new management that can take the pressure of their job.
