Overall a good experience, there's frequent maintenance issues but when there are, the staff responds very quickly and the maintenance team is so kind and friendly so I appreciate that!

For how much I pay in rent, the dog park doors have yet to be fixed. The back pool is closed half the year. The dog wash stations are always filthy, the spigot is broken, one is closed off completely and hasn't been open for at least a year. Live right by the jail but the gates are never closed even after the property promised us like 6 months ago that they were gonna be fixed. They did a "remodel" of our unit but it wasn't even done nicely. Our new countertops have a permanent stain from being... stored on the ground for a month before install. Didn't even silicone the the kitchen sinks properly and food always gets stuck in the lip between the sink base and drain. I could go on and on but I'm running out of room.

I love living here!! The units are very cute and spacious for whatever extra furniture you might bring. I brought a bookshelf and a desk with me that fit perfectly in my room and another bookshelf and cubby structure that fit into the common areas! The front office is very nice and helpful as well!

You get what you pay for. Not the worst experience but definitely not the best. If you live by the pool there will be a lot of bugs in your apartment. Some of the front desk ppl are nice and then some definitely are not.

The office staff has been very patient and helpful through this application process. It has been a struggle and pretty hard but they have definitely made me have a better experience so far.
