Do not recommend
I have lived at Easton Parc for over 3 years. I have had 2 huge rats ?? in water heater closet. They will not repair whole where rats are coming in. Once I renewed my lease they went up on rent as they have done every time I renew. I have called corporate office several times to complain about numerous things and they do not bother responding to complaints. What good is a corporate office if they can’t handle matters that paying tenants should be able to get a response from. When you run a... business, sunridge management, you should address all complaints! Will not sign another lease again.
