Do not recommend

I have lived at Easton Parc for over 3 years. I have had 2 huge rats ?? in water heater closet. They will not repair whole where rats are coming in. Once I renewed my lease they went up on rent as they have done every time I renew. I have called corporate office several times to complain about numerous things and they do not bother responding to complaints. What good is a corporate office if they can’t handle matters that paying tenants should be able to get a response from. When you run a… business, sunridge management, you should address all complaints! Will not sign another lease again.

Outstanding

The management in the office are great, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff are fast and are on top of any problems you may have in your apartment.

Bed bugs

Lived In two separate apartments first was fine but the second couldn't even stay for the whole time had to leave because of bed bugs.

I love this place!!

My boyfriend and I have only lived here for two months and it's amazing. Management is awesome, we have good space in our place and neighborhood people aren't annoying or anything like that. The only annoying thing is hearing that train 24/7 but our apartment place can't control that. We signed our applications and we got accepted in like 2 days, it was awesome. If you want a great place to live, come to Easton Parc!!

I have lived at Easton Parc for three years and like it

I have lived at a number of complexes in the Sherman area, some good and some bad. I have been comfortable here at Easton. The current management has brought this complex up to a pretty good level from where it used to be. I have had two appliances go out on me that were replaced with brand new ones.Also, I like the activities put on by the office: Wind Down Wednesday, Pool Parties, pizza on rent day. And they are pet friendly. I have a cat and a dog so that was important to me when I was first… looking for a place.
