I relocated to spring in September 2020. The office staff made a long-distance move very easy. My experience living at Timber Run has made me happy to call it home. The maintenance man is always on site early every morning keeping the property nice and clean. It’s not many places you can move that has great office staff and great maintenance. Another bonus to Timber Run the apartments in the inside update also large. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place for you and your family... Timber Run is the best choice! Lee mas

From the moment I called this property the office staff has been nothing but amazing especially Shantel. Through my application process she has been there helping the entire way through also the other staff members are very nice and professional. I know I’m going to feel right at home as I already do here at Timber Run.

The Apartments is not under new management. They seems to have a nasty attitude. I came in letting them know both of my toilets are not working , they proceeded to tell me that’s it’s not an emergency and waved me off . I will be looking for a new apartment to move into when my lease is up. This is ridiculous.

Everything about these apartments is amazing! The office staff, the maintenance crew, the living environment, even the layouts themselves are just amazing! I’ve never dealt with such a caring office staff like I have with Yvonne and Virginia! They truly do care about their residents and I’m very grateful to have come across this complex! The main thing I absolutely love is that our kids are able to go outside and play without fear of something happening to them because all the residents are very... courteous about everyone else. And the cleanliness of the complex is something I’ve NEVER seen anywhere else!! 10/10 Definitely Recommend!! Lee mas
