If you like sharing your hot water with the entire building (there's never enough of it), and having constant infestations of ants and cockroaches, then this is the place for you!

Management at this location has changed! (For the BEST) Priscella is always looking out for the best interest of the residents here, makes the renter really fell like they are cared about. The community seems really nice and the atmosphere is nothing short of welcoming. The maintenance guys are friendly and helpful whom always get the job done in a timely manor

Atrocious management that keeps getting turned over to worse management! This complex has been steadily going downhill and prices have gone up since we've been here and doesn't look to be changing any time soon. Work orders have to be submitted multiple times to get addressed, and when they are addressed you are told why it is your fault the problem happened. We had an issue with the carpet when we were moving in with the apartment but were stuck moving in with it and were told that it had been... fixed so they were not responsible for fixing it, so I guess we now have to deal with nails sticking up from underneath the carpet. These apartments are very comfortable apon move in, but as you begin to live day to day everything starts to fall apart. The apartments are preped to look very nice but they do not withstand everyday wear. The staff is polite but when it comes to repairs and any services you may need; you could wait a while. The only downside to the location is the ambulance and helicopter traffic from Tomball regional medical center. For short term leases of for your first place this place is not bad at all.... Very diverse community of people in any age and race and also some great families. Lee mas

Nice little complex tucked back into downtown Tomball. Doesn't have the luxurious amenities like others but the prices are adjusted accordingly. Quick and easy access to major highways and streets and located near existing commercial and growing development. I've enjoyed living here for the last year!
