Birchway Hudson Oaks Apartamentos

I’ve been here 1 year, 7 months. Happy to call home. The office staff has been a pleasure to work with. Forest( my four legged baby) and I feel welcome. Any issues that have been brought to their attention has been treated with genuine care and attention to solving the issue. Certain things are out of their hands but they have done well for helping resolve issues. I plan to call Birchway my home long term. Thank you for all you do

Great community to live in. Close enough to shopping and other amenities but far away enough from city life to enjoy nature.

I have lived at Birchway Apts in Hudson Oaks for a year and a half and I love it here! If you are looking for an apartment, please check out Birchway! The location is so convenient, a block from I-20, next to H-E-B,close to so many things!

I love this property and soon I will have been here a year. There’s been some changes lately and they are all for the better the property is looking beautiful. The maintenance of the property has improved tremendously with new team leaders. It’s a friendly and happy neighborhood and at night. It’s very quiet. I feel right at home here.

I have been here since there were only a couple of buildings built, and have had a great experience.

Staff is always helpful, responsive, and pleasant! I've been here through a couple staffing changes, but all teams have been wonderful. I've never had to wait more than 1 full day for my minor maintenance requests to be fulfilled.

Pool, gym, and clubhouse are all nice. The office staff always has an event going on. Being so close to HEB is fantastic! Never had an issue with packages going... missing. Smart Home aspects of each apartment are so convenient and storage is great (Just wish there was a pantry!)

There are very minor issues with the occasional stomp upstairs, barking dogs, and the occasional difficult parking, but you will find that at any complex. In 18 months, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls though! Lee mas
