We love it here! Spacious and wonderful environment for a family of 4. The easy freeway access is nice, with near by grocery stores and restaurants in surrounding cities. Management has improved from previous management. New property manager is helpful, and kind. They are still developing areas of the complex but progress is being made. Kids are excited about the playground. I highly recommend this place for small families, schools are great and so is the community

Shelly showed us a few different apartments. We LOVED everything about them. They have tons of storage and nice sized rooms. They are brand new so they are SO CLEAN! It’s hard to find something as it is let alone be clean and new at a decent price. I only wish Utah was our next step in life. Shelly is a wonderful, honest person and we loved working with her. She was extremely sweet to my kids as well.

I love it here. There’s a ton of space including storage space. It’s affordable and family friendly. The school bus comes right up to the building. Its super convenient. I just have to pull my own driveway and shovel walkways well doing the never ending back-and-forth keeping kids happy with a baby in a front back and just tired of all the work. I don’t have to do that anymore. I don’t have to go outside in the heat push a mower around and I don’t have to go out in the freezing cold to shovel... snow and scrape ice off my car because they have a lawn service and snow removal so every time it snows the parking lot and sidewalks right up to your door and out your car are cleared, and iced. Plus the parking spaces are covered so you don’t get all that snow and ice on your car you can just get in . There’s a great management team on site. It’s right on the edge of town so you have fields and a mountain view but you’re right on the edge of town so you still have everything you need right there. best of both worlds. Quiet country life with access to everything, without all the noise. I love it. You will too. Lee mas
