Pike3400 Apartamentos

Besides the one incident that happened last year (maintenance installed a deadbolt, ask for a deadbolt!) and how terribly management handled it, along with the monthly charges you don't know about until you start living here, it's an ok place to live. What I'm most happy about is the new concierge, Jeff. He is so friendly and respectful, everything the old concierge Sean was not. I don't know why you allowed Sean to work the front desk as long as he did, but seriously, good riddance. Hire more... people like Jeff. People who actually want to help and are kind to others. Pike 3400 has been pretty great so far. Our apartment is really nice with nice finishes and a large kitchen. The pool is great. We have enjoyed a couple of apartment events as a chance to meet our neighbors and we appreciate the diverse community here. It’s awesome being so close to multiple bus lines, food options, and grocery stores. Management and maintenance are very responsive and seem to care about quality repairs over quick fixes, recently replacing the garage door and HVAC with more... reliable systems. They’ve also increased the building’s secure access. The garage also has felt secure and there’s always plenty of parking. Lee mas

Great help with my apartment tour. Originally was a self tour but staff showed me other available units to see. Ultimately leading to me putting in an application.

This place is very quiet. The walls between apartments are thick. I can’t hear neighbors’s noise from their room. The maintenance staffs are great and all staffs being helpful when in needs.

So many changes with neighbors since we first moved in and we welcome them all. It’s a great neighborhood and we really enjoy our time here.
