Friendliness of the staff is a major positive.
The new HVAC system has been amazing even with all the work that needed to be done, my home has been so cold all summer which was great for myself and dogs.
Easy access to all amenities and the area as well.

The parking for guests is horrible, the AC constantly breaks, the elevators consistently have issues and these problems go unresolved for such long periods of time

Besides the one incident that happened last year (maintenance installed a deadbolt, ask for a deadbolt!) and how terribly management handled it, along with the monthly charges you don't know about until you start living here, it's an ok place to live. What I'm most happy about is the new concierge, Jeff. He is so friendly and respectful, everything the old concierge Sean was not. I don't know why you allowed Sean to work the front desk as long as he did, but seriously, good riddance. Hire more... people like Jeff. People who actually want to help and are kind to others.
