Great Concierge Service

I’ve grown to build a great relationship with the concierge in this building, Jeffrey especially! He is consistently kind, personable, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s greeting residents with a smile, assisting with packages, or answering questions, he always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. His positive attitude and professionalism genuinely make a difference in the day-to-day experience of living here. Great Concierge and Leasing Office

Jeffrey and Assistant Manager Kristen are some of the best people. Everyone in the leasing office is great actually, very responsive and accommodating. Jeffrey is super friendly and I just wish more apartment complexes had such nice people working like this place does

Get it right every time.

I’m am like Pearl on 227 and always in the lobby. (Not the window). seeing everything. Every time a resident comes over Carla gives them immediate attention and I really appreciate that and her. She takes our questions and requests seriously. She is always eager to assist and friendly with all that pass her by. As it relates to the building she always give good advise and suggestions that make sense. This is the type of person we want on our side. So happy she is ours.
