Disorganized staff

I called three times asking about their availability, spoke to three different people, and got three different answers: August 28, July 6, and September 7. This is unreasonable that their staff can't answer the same simple question. If you need any stability please don't bother with the Sterling.

AMAZING staff and Great property!

My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment for when he returned from deployment for a few months. After reaching out to several places, receiving sub-par customer service from other apartment communities if any response at all, we landed here at The Sterling. It was one of the top on our list and we got a very quick response from Tosh, who has been nothing short of AMAZING to work with. She has been incredibly understanding of our situation and we are so grateful for all the work she... has put in to secure his new home! We knew very quickly we didn't want to go anywhere else. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live with a responsive, professional, and helpful staff!

This property is great

I recently made the Sterling my home and I am enjoying every minute of it. Its small and cozy PERFECT for two person family. Management and maintenance are excellent. I thought that I was going to dislike not having a washer and dryer in home but I LUCKED up and and I am very close to the laundry unit. So no complaints.

Love our new home

We're so happy to make sterling our new home. It was our first choice while searching & the process from applying to move in was worry free! Everyone in management & maintenance works together so well to keep residents priority & I'm so grateful to be apart of this beautiful, close knit community.

New 2 Bedroom Coming Soon

Venus was amazing and helped us make a good decision. Went looking two weeks ago and everyone I tried wasn’t available today. Made an appointment yesterday and was well worth it. Loved her energy and spirit. I see good Landlord in our future.
