Many of the upper units have illegally installed hardwood floors making the lives of the people underneath them miserable. Even though there is a rule in the HOA by laws to protect against this, it will not be enforced by the HOA or the property manager. You will have to get a lawyer and sue them in order to regain a quality of life that does not include the constant stomping of the people above you.

The building itself is in a convenient location off of Route 66 with access to restaurants and shopping malls. The amenities include a club house with fitness center, computer room, and recreational room. There is also a swimming pool and well built playground and outdoor barbecue area. We are fortunate to have garage parking underground during the winter season. There are a few drawbacks to this building, however. Because of the location and thin walls of the building, the traffic... noise is higher than living in a suburban area. Also, recently, there was another development adjacent to the apartment complex which has led to difficulties in finding extra parking spaces. Lee mas
