Feedback - Matters concerning our apartment in reference to maintenance requests and/or issues concerning complaints, in our building, are handled in a satisfactory and timely manner.
- The overall condition of the “Property” appears to be neglected, with current residents contributing to this issue as well.
1a. The pool area, both the deck and pool itself, are in dire need of repairs and pool water maintenance. For instance, the pool water is considerably more cloudy compared to prior seasons.... In the past, the pool water has been crystal clear.
1b. There is always sand, evidence of mold , and other debris in the pool water and area.
1c. There is evidence of a crack in the pool bottom as well as loose bricks and tiles along the pool area.
1d. The bathroom , which is located in the gym, is not always stocked with enough toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
1e. The pool gate, on the right side of the office, does not function properly. As a result, no FOB is needed to enter the pool area. Obviously both a safety and security issue.
1f. The hot tub very rarely has hot water.
2a.Balconies are sometimes used for storage areas. We have seen tires piled up, shelving with chemicals, indoor furniture etc. in obvious view.
2b. Some residents barbecue on their balconies. Some barbecue grills are in plain site.
2c. Some residents hang towels, rugs, as well as clothing from their balconies. Again, in plain site.
2d. Residents are smoking on their balconies.
In conclusion, we want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to express our concerns. However, your management should have seen what we have described and acted accordingly. Sending emails is not the solution. There must be consequences and/or a direct contact by your management to the resident(s) not complying with your lease agreement.
The management needs to be proactive not reactive.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate the time you took to provide such thorough observations and suggestions about our property, including maintenance issues and resident behavior. We understand your concerns about the pool area, gym... facilities, and misuse of balconies by some residents. We also acknowledge that we can be more proactive in addressing these issues rather than just reactive. Rest assured, we are taking your critique seriously and will work diligently towards improving these areas for a better living experience for all of our residents.
