Mallory Apartments

I stopped by the office to put in an application and Rachelle greeted me at the door. She was so pleasant. She helped me with the application and ran it through to see if I was approved. I was approved and I put the required down payment to put me on the list. She called me 2 weeks later and told me there would be an unit available in September. Rachelle was such a professional and friendly young lady. I felt at ease whenbIvw as a going bbn through the process. I also had a good feeling about... Mallory when I w as there. It seems to be a quiet and well kept apartment complex. I look forward to becoming a member of the Mallory family.

The apartments are fairly quite and safe. However, they are very outdated and need upgrades. The sudden, large rent increase since the property management has changed twice in a year seems unfair. Especially for long-term, good standing, elderly residents on fixed incomes. When this property was ran directly by the family that owned it the rent remained low and affordable. Now not so much anymore. The stairwells and hallways need to be cleaned more thourougly and on a consistant basis. Also... routine pest control should be done as a preventive measure. Lee mas

I love the Mallory community! It's safe and quiet. The grounds are very well maintained. Jessica and the office staff are easily accessible and respond very quickly to maintenance requests. I've been a resident since 2016 and appreciate their commitment to the upkeep of the community.

I have been here for a long time. It is a great value - nice, safe, clean. Neighbors are good and staff in office and maintenance are nice too. Maintenance problems are handled quickly.
