Everleigh Short Pump 55+ Active Adult Apar... Apartamentos

I have been living here almost 2 years and I am still addressed in this community rewards system by my MAIDEN NAME. That speaks volumes about a management team who cannot be bothered with minutia when it comes to our personal sense of self-esteem. Simple point in fact: having lived here for almost 2 years, I have been unable to raise or lower the blinds in my apartment (with 16 windows) due to the fact that I am less than 5 feet tall and the cords to my blinds have been shortened, knotted,... tied and re-tied and beyond my reach to raise or lower unless climbing on my couch in the living room. I have four joint replacements, 2 knees and 2 hips and SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE OR LADDERS TO PERFORM SIMPLE FUNCTIONS FOR VIEWING MY TELEVISION WITHOUT GLARE, SIMPLY because Everleigh has only agreed to fix this at my own expense. Need a handrail for bathroom? buy it and pay for it to be installed. (and leave it for next tenant, of course). Lee mas

I am happy with the community as a whole. However, too often yearly maintenance work is postponed for a long time. A year has gone by and the building/windows have not been cleaned. There should be more cameras for security purposes.

i am verY happy here. the staff are WONDERFUL AND THE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. it is so much fun and so many things to do.it is also convient to everything. the grounds are kept up and the buliding is kept clean

Comfortable Apartment & good location to all necessary needs. Social activities available with other residents. Maintenance available for apartment needs. Staff is available for answering any questions or concerns you as a resident might have. Grounds are attractive and well maintained.

The everleigh is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful. It's a good experience.
I appreciate the delicious hot breakfast served and happy hour is very important to the community
