Nice clean well kept property, great specials, very helpful staff. Has a garage covered parking and affordable prices. Has a great school district. This property is a great pick.

“I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Point at Herndon. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a very comfortable layout. The kitchen and living areas make it easy to entertain, while the bedrooms provide a quiet and relaxing space.
The community is very well maintained, and I’ve been impressed with the amenities—everything from the fitness center to the common areas feels clean and welcoming. The location is also... fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, which makes commuting a breeze.
On top of that, the management and maintenance teams are responsive and friendly, always making sure residents feel taken care of. Overall, it’s a great place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment in Herndon.”

Had an appointment to view an apartment here with my friend and there was absolutely no greeting!! we were told to sit with a hand wave!! I immediately looked at my friend and said “that was rude…” We went and sat down and was told that there were no three bedrooms to be shown after scheduling an appointment via phone days prior. however my friend and I immediately picked up on her energy as we discussed certain things with her! It STRONGLYYYYYY gave “your beneath me” energy, we both looked at... each other and immediately said “she do not want to show us” she came back and BOOM a 3br appears to be shown! Everything about this complex gave me scary movie vibes! The garage! The mail box’s, elevator and trash cans being in one spot! Together! The halllllways! Everything! The judgement was so heavy that she couldn’t deny it if she wanted to! I threw all of the paper work away immediately! Also noticed that this complex use to be called “Halstead at Dulles” I honestly see why they changed the name! This place was sooooo depressing!!!!!!!

I stayed for 6 months and had nightmare experience during my stay regarding apartment condition which is very bad and awful management. During my lease, information has not been properly disclosed. I don't recommend to any one this community. it is not worth of your money

Firstly, this is a great location, with covered parking, nice apartments, elevators, maintenance shows up on time. As someone who lived here for more than a decade, I have seen the management change 3 times. It used to be a great place to stay.
The current management are trying to make a dime of every single thing. For example, parking for the first car which was included till now will be charged as per the terms of our new lease. Even Visitor parking is not free. So I have to ask guests to... park on the street and walk to visit us.
