Great Property, Great Location

Our experience at The Point at Herndon has been extremely positive. Our unit is excellent - high ceilings, great appliances, and affordable utilities. The leasing office was exceptionally helpful, both in guiding us through the agreement and move-in process, and after the fact in expanding our lease to include additional services. Nirma, in particular, has been wonderful in assisting us with everything we've needed - her stand-out service has made our lives easy at The Point.

The property… itself is kept clean and well-maintained. We have made use of both the pool and workout facility, and everything is in working order and up-to-date. The covered garage is a great feature, as well.

As for the location, it is conveniently located within walking distance of multiple shops including a Giant, and within driving distance of pretty much anything you'd need. Very centrally-located, and being only a short drive from Dulles Airport is a great perk. Would highly recommend this property to any prospective tenant - we are very happy with our experience.

Great property

Nice clean well kept property, great specials, very helpful staff. Has a garage covered parking and affordable prices. Has a great school district. This property is a great pick.

This property is great

“I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Point at Herndon. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a very comfortable layout. The kitchen and living areas make it easy to entertain, while the bedrooms provide a quiet and relaxing space.

The community is very well maintained, and I’ve been impressed with the amenities—everything from the fitness center to the common areas feels clean and welcoming. The location is also… fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major highways, which makes commuting a breeze.

On top of that, the management and maintenance teams are responsive and friendly, always making sure residents feel taken care of. Overall, it’s a great place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment in Herndon.”
