Great property management, nice and quiet, great view of the water. Building is clean and well kept. Only issue is parking and the neighborhood is sketchy, a lot of abandoned buildings, and unhoused individuals.

There are no noise barrier between the apartments and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing (talking, sneezing, walking etc). Noise levels are awful and neighbors played loud music and instruments at various various times of the day. The neighborhood is sketchy and the day I moved out there was a standoff between the police and a suspect in the adjacent apartment complex. Yeah the rent was reasonable but you get what you pay for.

If you would like plenty of space but at the same time pay a very low, this is definitely the place for you! The staff is helpful and attends to your needs as soon as possible and make your stay feel like your at home. With 670 square feet and rent being only $650 for a 1 bedroom and bath, you can't beat that. It is conveniently located next to the Newport News Shipyard, so if you work nearby it is an easy drive or walk to work. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice... homey feel but at the same time trying to save as much money as you can. Lee mas
