The Villages of Stoney Run

I would have rated higher but I've had a few problems with this location. For the fact of they prefer to tow current residents vs non residents. I wish they would implement reserve parking for all residents and not people who pay an extra $100 for parking. Thought everyone who paid to be here was a valued customer but I guess not.

Update 13 Jan 2022 - As long as you pay for your reserved spot, it can be anywhere you please. I feel like there should be designated reserve spots. Even though the... reserved parking is mostly for medical reasons, I thought the Handicap parking covered that. Correct me if I'm wrong. The information I am given every time I get from management changes. IF management actually responds back. This place is just something else with everyday passing.

I was scheduled to move in June 23, 2020. Unfortunately I did not move in. Let me rewind back. The rental staff I was dealing with was nice. I was approved to move in with no deposit. I paid an application fee, $225 cleaning fee, the one time HOA fee, and lastly the prorated rent for the month and I also paid the rent for the following month as well. On move in day I received a call asking me if I could wait until after noon to come pick up my keys due to the carpet company had not cleaned my... carpet. I waited around and I finally received my key to move in around 3pm. My friend and I decided to do my walk through inspection before I move my items in. I'm glad I did. When we walked into the apartment we spotted 2 roaches and the master bathroom was not cleaned. I immediately called the office and informed them that I could not move in. They were very nice and apologize. They refunded my money within a week. The only money I did not receive back was the application fee. Lee mas

Great community to live in. Office staff is always friendly and helpful (even when I'm running in at the last minute. Thank you Tara, Lisa, and Joshua for all you do)

Amazing place to live and raise a family I most definitely recommend Stoney Run for anyone that's looking to establish themselves a home.

I have been a resident for 4 years and I can honestly say Excellent customer service and great staff!
