Pinewell Station

This place is in a nice location. The front office is nice and professional. Unfortunately, that's all the perks. The building looks nice from afar. However, it is very cheaply made. The construction and materials are cheap. There is ZERO sound-proofing. I can't believe how noisy it is to live here. I've heard of typical apartment noise in a busy area before but this noise takes it to a whole new level. It is not sustainable and it makes me feel miserable to come home. Also, there is no... community-building here. There are no newsletters. No events. No FB updates. Nothing. Just pay your rent and check your messages to see when there's another elevator outtage. The outside doors should be secure. They are not. You must walk the entire building to meet your guests or even get a delivery. I can't wait to move. The residents are just too disrespectful to make this work. Lee mas

The apartments are nice. Stainless appliances, ceiling fans, valet trash service. Nice pool area and gym. However, the noise from upstairs neighbors is unbearable. You hear every step, everything that is dropped. My neighbors walk around their apartment 2 am and it sounds like a herd of animals. Although I love my view and most of the amenities I will not renew my lease due to the terrible noise from my upstairs neighbors. I have asked them to please be mindful but it didn't make a difference.... Most of the staff here are helpful and willing to help at any time. Lee mas
