Rachel is absolutely amazing. I was in need of finding a great apartment in a short amount of time to start a new job. I was moving from a little over an hour away and she helped with every step, down to the last detail. I was probably one of her more difficult applicants with a new job and a quick relocation timeline. She worked with my budget, my needs, and went out of her way to keep me comfortable through the entire (very stressful for me) process. Staff has been so nice and helpful with helping us find the right place! You can tell they really care about their residents. Great location and great view of Richmond! Would recommend!
