The Everett Apartamentos

My experience here at the Everett have been fantastic. It is very quiet and the people and staff are very friendly. I love it here. They have great parking and the neighbors are very friendly. I love it here

Things have been okay in the past year. I just hope communication with maintenance and staff gets better. Also wish staff would have more concern for mailboxes that don’t lock. Mine has been open for over 9 months, with my social security card stolen out of it and now the post office refuses to deliver mail to it. Even the mail men have reported it to the front office.

It’s a lovely complex. I adore all the amenities and the people are always friendly! If there’s ever any problems I can always got to the office and it’s fixed right away

I’ve lived here since 2022 mainly for the low cost, but I’m counting down the days until my lease ends. I dislike it so much I stay at my boyfriend’s house most of the time while my unit sits empty. The leasing staff is friendly but unresponsive, and maintenance is unreliable—issues take multiple requests to be properly fixed. I’ve lived in a couple different units and there are always water or plumbing problems. The apartments are cheaply turned over between tenants and often left dirty. The... community is poorly maintained, loud, and full of trash, with no enforcement of rules. Kids are often unsupervised and destructive. Rent increases yearly despite no improvements. Again, staff is friendly for the most part and I do like that they offer Flex as a payment option however I wouldn’t recommend someone to live here. It worked as a starter apartment for me because I didn’t know any better. Lee mas

I've lived here for going on 5 year and it is by far the nicest apartment complex I've lived in. All my neighbors are great. My building is very quiet. The grounds are kept well maintained and so is the pool. The staff is always very nice and easy going! Love my apartment!!
