Arrowood Parc

I am disappointed in the office staff's response times and follow-up in regards to questions. The maintenance staff is ok! Parking is terrible here. Although there are visitors parking areas, visitors still manage to take up space in resident parking areas. Towing is not regularly enforced there. The gym is poorly equipped and it's an annoyance to have to go to the office to get a key and return after finished. We should have direct access to it. The pool is good. THE WALLS ARE SO THIN. I could... hear my neighbors do their business in the bathroom and even hear them cough. This is my biggest complaint. You are either being bothered by the noise or neighbors are complaining about your noise levels. It's one or the other! Lee mas

Since we relocated from Virginia to NY, we can’t follow up regarding our deposit refund in person. Therefore, we made effort to keep calling the leasing. However, the leasing office took more than one month to process our out-processing. In other words, before I contacted them, they never follow up with us. I kept calling them many times but every time what they did was to avoid answering my question and even didn’t talk about it. Every time someone in the office who picked up the phone told... me that their manager will call me back regarding our issue, but their call back never happened! This unprofessional and inefficient way to treat their previous tenants made us feel very disappointed with Lerner. During the last call with the leasing office, their manager told me that we owed them some money because of late move-out notice. She said there is nothing they can do because we didn’t give enough notice time! She just changed the attitude and the way to treat us after we moved out!

At this point, we are not only disappointed but also so annoyed because this is so obvious that they treat move-in and move-out tenants so differently!

The most important thing we cannot tolerate is they are not telling the truth. What they told to us is so ridiculous and unforgivable because I went to the leasing office in person so many times just to make sure I gave enough notice time. Before we really moved out, every time when I stopped by the office, they told me there was no issue with our move out but until we left, they just changed it so quickly! It looks that the Lerner Arrowood Parc Leasing Office is so dishonest and lying! Policy is not policy for them, policy can be changed anytime as long as policy serves only for them but not tenants! They always changed their words. They made their own policy/procedure all the time because they didn’t want to return the money.

We really hope Lerner’s Management Team can draw attention and do a proper investigation regarding this issue. I certainly believe we are not the first Lerner Arrowood Parc tenants being treated this unprofessional way after moving out. There was no transparency and honesty at this place. During our move-out, all they brought us is misinformation, confusion, time consumption and frustration.

If you have no choice but live here, make sure to have everything on paper, don't just trust their words. Lee mas

Bad service, uncooperative staff specially the leasing office staff. If you are looking for Noise, roaches, rats this is the best place for you

Our unit has lots of roaches in the cabinets. I see them on my clean dishes. Also the plywoods are so old and thin you can hear terrible noise from people above. Waste of monwy

THE GOOD: * Maintenance is easy to order through the app, and pretty quick turnaround. * Safe neighborhood * Bus stop right outside the complex * Recently renovated, every appliance in my apartment was brand new THE BAD: * Paper thin ceilings. This is my biggest complaint. You can hear the neighbors every time they walk anywhere. It doesn't help that there is a family of at least 6 living in two bedrooms above us, but it rattles our windows when the kids play. It's insane. Maybe better if there... weren't so many people up there, can't say. * Not a lot to do nearby. GREAT place to raise a family, not so great being in your 20s looking to raise some heck. * Only one dumpster in the whole complex. It's quite a hike to take out the garbage for me, sucks in super cold weather Lee mas
