Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. The townhouse includes a single-car parking garage suitable for compact cars and mid-size SUVs, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. For longer stays, linen rentals are available for an additional fee. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals can be arranged and delivered to the house.

For stays longer than two weeks, guests are responsible for providing their own bed sheets and bath towels, although rentals are available at an increased cost. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM, with no early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season from May through September. Overnight parking on 22nd Street is not allowed and will result in a ticket from the city. A guest app is provided upon booking confirmation for additional information and rental arrangements.
