Mr. John maintenance service is beyond excellent. Everytime I have an issue he is on top of it. He is very knowledgeable of his job and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. Without hesitation he comes to the rescue to fix the problem or make whatever calls to get you taken care of asap. Ms. Carol has a passion about her job and whenever you go to her with a problem or complaint she jumps on it immediately. She fights for the people that live in her apartment complex, she is... about what's right and her occupants being treated fairly as well as equally. She makes no excuses and go to bat to get the job done. We need more people like Mr. John and Ms. Carol. They are a great team and they get the job done. Lee mas

Since getting new management I love living here now. Whenever I have a maintenance issue John is here and ready to fix the problem immediately

Beware of their bed bugs. They will charge you to fix their on going problem. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. Maintenance is rude and will patch up their work. They are all a bunch of puppets that follow what home office tells them instead of doing what's right for the resident!!!

THE PROPERTY: grounds are well maintained and kept clean of trash and litter, lawn manicured once a week: Upon moving in you get clean carpet freshly painted walls: You get a patio with storage closet: Ample Parking for you and guest (1st come 1st serve) -Small tot lot: Picnic area – for small outdoor gatherings: Option to Bring Your Own Washer /Dryer or use the apartment’s facilities/ off site- laundry facilities close by.
THE STAFF- Leasing Agent – Friendly always smiling makes you... feel welcomed: MAINTENANCE- shows up within 24 hours for all your maintenance concerns sometimes you may even same day service (very friendly very professional)
THE COMMUNITY -Small community: monthly and or quarterly community events: Several families with kids- great opportunity for children to make friends.
THE SCHOOLS- College Park Elem: Brandon Middle: Tallwood High (Virginia Beach Public Schools)
THE BAD:
Living next to a wooded area you get insects- (pest control is available if you need it: FREE)
Like most homes in this state Vinyl Siding is the construction material so noise passes through easily
~As a single mom starting over this place has all that you need to make your transition easy and smooth. It is a safe place, conveniently located near the highway.
