The Reflections

I moved in mid-March and it's been really nice so far. Safe, clean property. Jamel and Alexis were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues that Cliff took care of immediately. You actually see the on-site security guys driving around the property at night. Thank you!

First of all, let me start off by saying these people are some shady two faced "professionals". One of the maintenance men backed his golf cart into my fiance's car and came out saying it was his fault and so sorry. But now when we have to get them to pay to fix it his story changes and now it wasn't his fault and she hit him?? After speaking with the property manager simply asking for the incident report she said she wasn't sure if she could send it and then hung up on me. That issue aside... these apartments may look nice but underneath the are falling apart. We had water damage that took a little over a week to fix and I ended up with a hole in my ceiling for a few days. They added toxic mulch to the dog park that literally got every animal that played in there sick but they refused to pay for vet bills or replace the mulch instead they hung a sign that said use at own risk. Now let's talk about the crime that happens and nobody seems to care. The multiple drug dealers that live in the area is surprising. We also had more then one vehicle broken into while I was living there and a neighbor had his motorcycle stolen. At least once a week somebody is in the parking lot firing off gunshots at 2 or 3 in the morning while people walk around and peer into people apartments and cars. This is not a safe place to live it has gone down hill this last year or so ever since Breeden took over. I've lived here since 2017 and it is not somewhere I would ever recommend anyone to even visit let alone live. Lee mas

Under the old management there was a lot of predatory towing of cars and now while there is still some it’s better. The new staff is totally rude and they don’t care about tenants who have been there for a while. Since the renovations they have picked and chose who they give a good price to for an upgrade. One of my friends got an upgrade for less than another one person I know for the same exact unit. Right now there is a new girl in the office that will argue with you for something she doesn’t... even know. The service has significantly deteriorated and the units are always falling apart. The bathroom changes colors and the paint is cheap and wears of easily. Lee mas

The neighborhood is pretty safe and the staff is very friendly. The convenience is amazing because I am right by the main interstate, extremely close to the main mall of the area, and 10min max from the beach. I like most that it feels like home.

I have lived here almost a year and the staff is always friendly and ready to help you. It is a fun place to live with a great location.
