The Pointe At New Town Townhomes

I have been here for over 3 years now. Initially, The Pointe at New Town was a well needed fresh start, at some point (pun intended) most people find themselves for various reasons in need of a change.
Since I moved here, I found a community of people who have been friendly, helpful, and professional. All the staff, from office personnel, The maintenance staff, and even the various mail delivery drivers to be very awesome.
Whenever I’ve had need of their services, the maintenance staff... were very quick and effective in fixing the problem and the grounds are well well-maintained as is the overall property units.
There’s plenty of parking and space to walk around, ride a bike, walk your dog and it’s just overall located in a very convenient part of town.
U can walk just one block over and have access to many of the towns, dining options, as well as professional businesses like banks, health, tech. and clean place to live whether you’re by yourself or raising a family Lee mas

The Pointe at New Town is a beautiful community within walking distance of grocery, shopping, and dinning. Highly recommend W&M students and employees to rent here.

PNT is a great place to live! The staff are really nice and the facilities are wonderful. Our unit is spacious and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very kind and welcoming management, easy and accommodating move in process. We have been here about a month and love it here so far no complaints!! Patrice is the best!!

Amazing location. Units tend to have different features/upkeep than what is toured, but maintenance acts quick to fix issues. We are very happy
