The location and community here are great! The staff was great during my move in process. My window screens are all torn, and I can’t open the windows without bugs flying in. Other than that and a few things maintenance had to touch up in my unit, it has been a fantastic place to live so far! The maintenance team responds quickly and are very nice. Friendly neighbors, quiet community, and great restaurants and shopping that is walking distance. It helps that my place of employment is walking… distance as well. I’ve already recommend living here to my colleagues and one has moved in already!

It was definitely an experience getting a townhouse here. But I absolutely love it and I am very happy. I love that there is an upstairs and a downstairs. I love how there’s no carpet downstairs. I love that it is in walking distance to everything. I love that. I have nice neighbors. I love the front door and back door. I have nothing but good things to say so far.

smooth transition/move in. Place is clean. not sure how valet trash works. put in a maintenance request 3 days ago and still waiting on response.
