Watch out for the additional fees that add hundreds more to the monthly rent. Water and sewer charges are outrageous. The entire community is in desperate need of an upgrade. Management is unresponsive. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Since I have lived here Gary has been nothing but a true gem! All of the request that I have come to him about he had handled in such a quick and timely manner. Always checking in to make sure that everything is going well. The community itself is so friendly and I love the playground for the kids to play at. I can’t wait for the pool to open up! If I could live here forever I would lol I am so happy I was able to get in to this community

I’m purchasing a new home and in the process of moving. Living here has been such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this review. The units are kept in great shape, never had to request maintenance. The rent amount is very competitive and the area and location is great. I hardly ever take or write surveys but this one is deserving and when I do I rarely can justify a perfect score but this complex is worth it and Gary and Angelica nailed it! Highest recommendation.

My husband and I are current residents and our one year lease ends in Nov. Considering the last two experiences I’ve had living here; I can not wait to move. My car was broken into 2 months ago and this morning my husband car was hit. He was perfectly parked in his assigned spot when someone did a hit and run. Our front bumper and light is damaged. Considering the apartment complex does not have Cameras, we will likely have to pay the $500 deductible. We have asked neighbors and no one seen... anything. This is unacceptable living standards. Gary and the front office personnel are very sweet but Respectful but their is still nothing that can be done on their property. If upper management could contact me that would be great! At a minimum i believe your complex should have cameras. Lee mas

What is failed to be stated above, is nothing is included in your rent. You pay the rent along with a fee that is your water, sewer and trash. You then have separate bills for electricity and gas. This place nickel and dimes you to no end. Upon move out I was then hit with another fee. Apparently my substantial security deposit and pet fee couldn't cover. Don't get me wrong it was a nice place to live but with the amount of money it was costing me to live there was ridiculous, it wasn't that... nice. I bought a house with a mortgage and HOAs cheaper then all of these fees...Also what no one seems to really mention is the terrible cockroach issue. I never had them in the kitchen but always at the entrance of both doors. Pest control wasn't a strong suit here. Lee mas
