Great views, great value
These apartments were recently remodeled with lots of repairs. The rents are a great value. Also really great location and views. Nothing fancy, but a great value.

Don't move here, not safe
My unit does not have an cooking oven and my unit gets really bad smelling and hot because the manager say no to give us A/C. The hole apartments smells really bad because peoples dogs pee on the carpet in the hall way. my neighbor say his sink fall down and hurt his foot. really noisy at evening time when you here people talking and yell at each other. i want to move but manager don't let me yet until end of 2020. i hear the apartment was an old hospital before. Not good.
