Edmonds Park Apartments

Edmonds Park Apartments is one of the worst maintained apartment complexes I've lived in. The owners have not updated units since it's been built, but still charge comparable prices for the area in rent.

They charge a massive water/garbage bill despite not providing a washer and dryer in unit and charge almost $5 per load of laundry (wash and dry).

The common areas are consistently full of old mattress, plywood, trash, cigarette butts, bugs, and spiderwebs, the carpets have not been cleaned or... maintained at all since I moved in.

I have no idea when the carpets in my apartment were replaced or if they were prior to my move in. The apartment has had consistent leaks and water damage that took months to get resolved.

In short, I would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Edmonds to look elsewhere. They need to update these apartments past 1970. The rent and costs are far too high for how little the business cares about its residents. Lee mas
