I've lived here a year and am wanting to relocate to a top floor unit. Cindy has been very helpful in facilitating this. She also has made a big difference in helping this complex become a better place with addressing issues like parking and cleanliness and getting onsite security

When I moved in, the apartment had cockroaches. When I moved out, the apartment was considerably cleaner than when I moved in, and my security deposit was not returned due to "carpet damage". There was no damage to the carpet whatsoever.

I have been for a year and so far it’s been one of the best places I have been at. Besides the parking is a hassle but what place isn’t. Karla and the rest of the crew are so professional they always handle the property with care. You’ll always see the maintenances crew in the morning cleaning up the property who always greet and if you have anything that’s wrong with your place they will always fix it in a timely manner. Love this place.

I am very happy to live in argyle apartments because it is very close to all services such as shops, bus station and near freeway I5. In addition Karla the manager is a very attentive and professional person. If you are looking for a new apartment argyle is the best option, I recommend it.

Argyle is an amazing apartment complex.The management team is outstanding and the grass is even more outstanding ??
