Poorly managed, you will regret it.
The community was bought at the end of last year and the new ownership is horrid and mismanaged to say the least. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. They do not answer the phone, they will not call you back if you leave a message, and they dont reply to emails. The only way to get in contact with anyone is if you go into the office, which is only during business hours so if you work 9-5 you are screwed. They are violating our leases, forcing us to take on internet with Xfinity for 1 gig... plan despite our lease saying internet is our choice/responsibility. [When they came to my door I explained that I work from home and I could not be offline for the 45 minutes while they forced me to switch to the new plan (which is mandatory despite it violating the lease agreement I currently have) and i was told VERBATIM "I don't care, you were given notice, you should have figured it out and went somewhere else." Absolutely disgusting behavior and lack of empathy. My current plan is cheaper too.] There is usually trash everywhere because the valet trash service you are required to pay for is a mess and doesnt show up sometimes. People speed through the community at all hours of the day and park in front of spots that arent theirs. I know of two car break ins, and for one specifically my neighbors told me that management would not help them with their case at all. They are also increasing the fees for some of the "amenities" like parking, to $50 per spot on top of the various other fees like valet trash, the fees for electronic billing, the new mandatory 1 gig internet, etc., none of which you can opt out of. They do not enforce the smoking rules and that combined with poor insulation means horrid smells coming from other units, not to mention noise from dogs and usual tenant noise. There are many communities within 5 minutes of here that are much nicer with significantly better amenities/features for the same prices or very similar. (If not even slightly cheaper.) The maintenance man Jamie is still awesome and very helpful and luckily you do submit maintenance requests online so you are able to get a hold of him quickly so at least there is that, but sadly even his awesomeness is not enough to make up for the rest of the atrocities of the new owners/management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry you’ve felt frustrated and unheard — that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re working to improve communication by reviewing how we handle calls, voicemails, and... emails so residents can reach us more reliably.
Regarding the new bulk internet program, we understand this is a significant change. We want to clarify that we provided over 48 hours’ notice before installation, as required, and bulk internet fees will only apply at lease renewal. Renewal notices are being sent 90 days in advance so residents have time to review new terms and make informed decisions about continuing their lease.
Regarding concerns about valet trash, parking, and community safety. While we’re working to improve these areas, we encourage residents to report any violations or issues directly to management. We cannot address problems we aren’t aware of, and your reports help us keep the community clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone.
Thank you for recognizing Jamie’s dedication — we’ll make sure he hears your kind words.
